Training Band
 The Training Band is primarily a feeder band for the Lympstone South West Telecoms Band. As such it welcomes
anyone interested in learning an instrument, particularly those still at school and those that can read music.
All ages and abilities are welcomed. The relaxed atmosphere allows complete beginners to join in and improve
rapidly. The band regularly performs in public, either on their own or in conjunction with the senior band.
The band is coached and conducted by Tim Gittins who is Solo Cornet with the senior band.
Times:The Training Band rehearse on Thursday evenings at 6.30 to 7.30pm at the Lympstone Band Centre (old Methodist Church). Please see the rehearsal and engagement schedule below. |

Instruments:Instruments are supplied to all players where available and no charge is made for the loan or attendance at the sessions.
