Lympstone South West Telecoms Brass Band is a village band located on the River Exe between Exeter and Exmouth dating back as far as 1889. The band has a very generous sponsor, Tony Rowe and his company South West Telecoms and the band is currently in the First Section of the West of England region. The band’s rehearsal nights are Monday and Thursday from 7.45-9.45pm in the Lympstone Band Centre (map), a fully equipped rehearsal, concert and recording venue.
The band’s Musical Director is Charlie Fleming ARCM who also runs a successful recording business, Reality Recording. The band regularly perform in various places all over Devon and Somerset. Please see our engagements page for our up coming gigs.
